Loaves and Fishes offers a 12-week free culinary program for people who want to learn how to work in the culinary industry and are looking for job opportunities in this field. Our program will teach you the essential culinary skills required to qualify for an entry-level position in the culinary industry.
The program includes training in the basics of a commercial kitchen, job retention and life skills. Our vision is to provide better preparation opportunities for students to obtain jobs that will lead to true careers and financial independence. Upon completion of this class each student will have earned the requisite Safety and Sanitation License (ServSafe Certificate) required by law for all food related service workers.
